EAS Health facilitates quality care at your convenience. We connect your employees directly to a network of imaging centers and their physician. All employees need is their physician to choose one of the in-network imaging centers and schedule their appointment. The employer will cover 100% of the cost and for employees there is a $0 copay and no deductibles for select imaging services.

With imaging centers located in Michigan, Florida, Kentucky, Arkansas, Maryland, New York, Indiana, and Ohio, employees will have the convenience of selecting an imaging center at their preferred in-network location.
